We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. In the event that any of the products ordered are not available in our inventory, you will be notified via email of any changes to your order availability. To the best of our ability, we will inform you of when you can expect your merchandise, as you may opt to keep or cancel your order.
For partially delivered orders, you will only be charged for the items that are available.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Please review your purchase, billing and shipping information before submitting your order. PLEASE NOTE that your friendshop.us order may begin processing as soon as it is submitted. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to your order, however, we cannot guarantee these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please call or email email@example.com with such requests.
We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready for shipment and we do not bill you for items that are not available.
Retail prices on friendshop.us are in U.S. dollars. Only orders sent within New York State and California State will be charged the appropriate local sales tax. Friendshop.us accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please provide all correct billing information including the name of the cardholder, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. To avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you have completed checkout carefully and completely. The amount of your purchase will be debited to your account on the date of sale. You will only be charged for merchandise that is available.
friendshop.us will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies. friendshop.us does not accept personal checks for payment.
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped from New York, NY. We make seasonal fashion in limited runs so order fast and early. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will consider your order canceled.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after your order has been processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications. All shipments must be signed for unless otherwise stated within your Order Notes. Please indicate if you would like to release the signature from your delivery. FedEx will make repeated delivery attempts before returning your merchandise to Friends & Associates. If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt a redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges. Friends & Associates cannot change or alter the delivery method once shipped.
Standard delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once the item has been processed and shipped. We will contact you with this information−there is no need to reconfirm this by contacting us.

We currently ship only within the United States. Tell your friends in other countries about us and maybe we’ll be able to ship there too!

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There will be no reimbursement on return shipping charges. All goods must be returned in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging along with a copy of your original Friends & Associates invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice the reason for your return. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will receive a credit to the original credit card used for purchase. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Credit will be processed within 15 days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. “SALE ITEMS” ARE SOLD AS IS AND ARE FINAL SALE. Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. Friends & Associates reserves the right to decline your return if these Sales Conditions are not met. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer and not credited. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions regarding your exchange or return.
